Competenţele sociale şi emoţionale sunt pilonul succesului în viaţă. Mediul şcolar devine cel mai propice pentru promovarea competenţelor socioemoţionale ale elevilor. Şcoala este dotată cu toate cele necesare pentru a-i conecta pe actorii din educaţie şi a crea un climat şcolar sigur, echitabil şi angajator, astfel încât fiecare elev să dobândească şi să-și îmbunătăţească cunoştinţele, abilităţile şi dispoziţiile de care are nevoie pentru succes în viaţă.A person’s social and emotional skills constitute the basis of his or her success in life, and the school environment is most appropriate for the development of students’ social-emotional skills. Schools possess the competences needed to connect all actors of education between them and to create a secure, equitable, and engaging learning climate so that every student may obtain and improve the appropriate knowledge, skills, and mood for success in life.
