The research analyzes evolution of international security organizations in the modern historical periods. The research focuses on the United Nations and on European international environment. Majority international relation s experts consider that European enlightenment s ideas on collective and cooperative security became the foundation for several historical attempts to create a global international security organization. Such international institution would transform the anarchical world order into an organized international order, where legal and morale norms would have the supremacy over political intentions to resolve disagreements by military conflicts. As a result, international cooperation prospectively contributes to international community building, which influences national identity becomes a pre-requisite to arhieve international cooperative security.en
