| dc.description.abstract | This article aims to provide an analysis of the several mechanisms for unblocking constitutional crises. Thus, the main objective is to analyse the opportunity to introduce the institution of constructive vote of no confidence of the Government, strengthen the institution concerning the dissolution of the Parliament and facilitation to organize the snap parliamentary elections.
