Abstract
In the realm of education, the concept of lesson management plays a crucial role in achieving the desired outcomes of teaching and learning. Effective lesson management not only benefits the teachers in their professional development but also serves as a motivation for students to succeed academically. Modern lesson and a unique approach to organizing cognitive activities emphasize collaboration, creativity, and high motivation among all participants in the educational process. Lesson effectiveness is defined as a degree of achievement of a specific goal in pedagogical activity, considering the optimal use of effort, time, and resources. It contributes significantly to the development and growth of each student, leaving a lasting impact and yielding tangible results.
