ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ АССЕРТИВНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ И УРОВНЯ МОТИВАЦИИ ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ УСПЕХА В УЧЕБНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ СТУДЕНТОВ ВУЗА

Abstract

Одной из актуальных задач современного образования является создание условий для социализации личности, социальной активности и формирования отношения к определенному уровню отношений с окружающими, включающему ответственность, самостоятельность и активность. Кроме того, в связи с постоянно меняющимися условиями экономического и политического развития общества, требующими настойчивости и целеустремленности от каждого человека, именно система образования сможет создать основу для формирования этих важных качеств. Мы провели исследование на нашей выборке — всего 197 студентов. Предметом нашего рассмотрения является развитие ассертивных качеств личности у студентов.

One of the urgent tasks of modern education is to create conditions for the socializa- tion of the individual, social activity, and the formation of an attitude toward a certain level of relationships with others, which includes responsibility, independence, and activity. In addition, due to the constantly changing conditions of the economic and political develop- ment of society, which requires perseverance and determination of each person, it is the education system that will be able to create the basis for the formation of these important qualities. We conducted a study on our sample — a total of 197 students. The subject of our consideration is the development of assertive personality traits of students.
