INTERESELE GEOSTRATEGICE ALE FEDERAȚIEI RUSE ÎN CONTEXTUL FORMĂRII NOII ARHITECTURI GEOPOLITICE (1991-2016)

Abstract

Scopul lucrării rezidă în cercetarea intereselor geostrategice ale Federației Ruse în contextul formării noii arhitecturi geopolitice. Scopul cercetării presupune realizarea următoarelor obiective: analiza istoriografiei cercetării intereselor geostrategice ale Federației Ruse în literatura occidentală de specialitate și din spațiul postsovietic, inclusiv cea din Republica Moldova; analiza aspectelor teoretico-metodologice ale fenomenului intereselor geostrategice ale Federației Ruse în contextul formării noii arhitecturi geopolitice; reliefarea relației ,,interes geostrategic-arhitectură geopolitică’’; determinarea ,,noii arhitecturi geopolitice a spațiului est-european’’; reliefarea interesului geostrategic al Federației Ruse în procesul realizării politicii externe în spațiul est-european; identificarea dimensiunilor corelative ale intereselor Federației Ruse în spațiul est-european în contextul transformărilor geopolitice; determinarea dimensiunilor strategiilor de realizare a intereselor geostrategice ale Federației Ruse în spațiul est-european, inclusiv în Republica Moldova.Цель исследования заключается в изучении геостратегических интересов Российской Федерации в контексте формирования новой геополитической архитектуры. Теоретико-методологические аспекты исследования также являются объектом научных изысканий. Цель исследования предполагает реализацию следующих задач: историографический анализ геостратегических интересов Российской Федерации как в западной научной литературе, так и в научной литературе постсоветского пространства и том числе в Республике Молдова; анализ теоретико-методологических аспектов феномена геостратигических интересов Российской Федерации в контексте формирования новой геополитической архитектуры; рассмотрение взаимосвязи ,,геостратегический интерес - геополитическая архитектура", определение ,,новой геополитической архитектуры восточно-европейского пространства"; исследование геостратегического интереса Российской Федерации в процессе реализации внешней политики в восточно-европейском пространстве; идентификация взаимосвязи интересов Российской Федерации в восточно-европейском пространстве в контексте геополитических трансформаций, выявление стратегий реализации геостратегических интересов Российской Федерации в восточно-европейском пространстве, включая Республику Молдова.The purpose of the thesis consists in investigation of the geostrategic interests of the Russian Federation in the new geopolitical architecture, the research being conducted both in the East-European states and in the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of the study involves the following objectives: historiographical analysis of the geostrategic interests of the Russian Federation in Western literature, and in the scientific literature of post-soviet space, including the Republic of Moldova; analysis of the theoretical and methodological aspects of the phenomenon geostrategic interests of the Russian Federation in the context of the formation of a new geopolitical architecture; consideration of the correlation ,,geostrategic interests - geopolitical architecture"; definition of a ,,new geopolitical architecture of the East-European space"; analyzes of geostrategic interests of Russian Federation in the East- European space in the context of implementation of its foreign policy; identification of the relationship of interests of the Russian Federation in the East-European space in the context of geopolitical transformations; the identification of strategies for the implementation of geo-strategic interests of the Russian Federation in the East- European space, including the Republic of Moldova.
