Abstract

Statutul subiectului procesului penal presupune existenţa unor drepturi și obligaţii în baza cărora acest subiect exercită o funcţie procesuală și participă la rapoartele juridice procesual-penale. Volumul drepturilor și obligaţiilor trebuie să fie reglementat expres prin lege pentru a stabili limitele atribuţiilor funcţionale ale subiectului procesual și pentru a preveni abuzurile titularilor acestor drepturi și obligaţiile procesuale. Prin urmare, ne-am propus identificarea drepturilor și obligaţiilor care le dobândește agentul sub acoperire, odată cu dispunerea, organizarea și efectuarea propriuzisă a măsurii speciale de investigaţie sub formă de investigaţie sub acoperire.

The status of the subject of the criminal process supposes the existence of certain rights and obligations, based on which this subject exercises a procedural function and participates in criminal procedural legal reports.
