Abstract
The present article analyzes the relationship of Republic of Moldova with the Republic of Belarus between 1991-2005 in the field of collaboration of the ethnic minorities. The aut
hor presents the creation of the Diaspora which has the purpose to defend the rights of the minor population of the state, also the creation of some better conditions of keeping and developing the national culture of the minorities of Moldovan people from Republic of Moldova and of Belorussian people from Republic of Belarus; according some legal assistance; to establish common contacts; to recognize the right of the free expression in the mother tongue, to keep the name and surname, and to defend the rights of the minor population of the state.
