RESPECTAREA LEGISLAŢIEI LA ETAPA ÎNREGISTRĂRII SESIZĂRILOR DESPRE INFRACŢIUNI: ROLUL PROCURATURII

Abstract

În prezenta lucrare s-a efectuat o analiză complexă a prevederilor normative departamentale ce conţin stipulările aferente efectuării controalelor asupra respectării legislaţiei privind înregistrarea sesizărilor despre infracţiuni. De asemenea, au fost evidenţiate tendinţele actuale la capitolul reglementării juridice a interacţiunii diferitor organe implicate în procesul de înregistrare și examinare a sesizărilor despre infracţiuni. Studiul realizat este orientat spre determinarea mecanismelor acestei activităţi, cu oferirea unor soluţii practice concrete la problemele care ar putea apărea în activitatea reprezentanţilor organelor de drept. Prin studiul efectuat s-au stabilit perspectivele și căile de perfecţionare a activităţii nominalizate prin formularea recomandărilor de lege ferenda.

In this article we have briefly performed a complex analysis of the departmental normative acts that contain the norms related to the performance of controls concerning respect of legislation during registration of crimes notifications. Also, most current trends in the legal regulation of the interaction of different bodies involved in the process of registration and examination of criminal complaints were highlighted. The study is aimed at determining the mechanisms of this activity by providing concrete practical solutions to problems that may arise in the work of law enforcement officials. Study establishes the perspectives and ways of improving the researched activity by formulating of lex ferenda recommendations.
