REPERCUSIUNILE PANDEMIEI COVID-19 ASUPRA RESPECTĂRII DREPTURILOR SOCIALE ALE COPIILOR ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

Pandemia a afectat profund sistemul de funcționare a societății și a pus la grea încercare funcționalitatea sistemelor de protecție a drepturilor fundamentale.Tensiunea socială adusă de virus și-a pus amprenta și asupra respectării drepturilor copiilor. Articolul vine cu descrierea drepturilor fundamentale ale copiilor, accentul fiind pus pe respectarea drepturilor sociale ale copiilor în perioada pandemiei Covid-19 la nivel național,răspunsului autorităților și instituțiilor statului la aceste provocări și propune un set de recomandări la acest capitol.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought many changes, deeply affected the functioning of the society, and put the functionality of fundamental rights protection systems to the test. The social 105 tension brought on by the virus has also left its imprint on the respect for children's rights. The article comes with a description of the fundamental rights of children, the emphasis being on respecting the social rights of children during the Covid-19 pandemic at the national level, the response of the authorities and state institutions to these challenges, and a set of recommendations in this respect.
