Abstract

The purpose of this research is conflict negotiation in preschool education. The objectives aim at the role of the educator in smoothing and resolving preschool conflicts, the degree of involvement of the educator, the child and the parent in solving preschool conflicts. Identifying the causes that determined the appearance of conflicts the educator’s vision regarding the differentiated degree of involvement of parents and children in the negotiation and resolution of conflicts, the parent’s vision regarding the differentiated degree of involvement of the educator in the negotiation and resolution of conflicts in preschool education.
