OPTIMIZAREA CALITĂȚII EDUCAȚIEI ÎN ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTUL PREUNIVERSITAR DIN PERSPECTIVA EDUCAȚIEI INCLUZIVE

Abstract

In this article, based on the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of a school institution, proposals for optimizing the quality of education offered to students are presented. The proposed activities aim to create an inclusive environment based on tolerance, empathy, understanding and support for students with special needs, communication and collaboration between teachers, students and family. Inclusive education is not only a way to provide equal opportunities for education, but also to promote a more tolerant society that accepts diversity. The methods used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the school institution are: analysis of different types of documents, systematic observation and questionnaire-based investigation.
