| dc.description.abstract | The article presents a study of theoretical and methodological foundations associated with the process of business planning in the modern economy and drawing up a business plan for small businesses, taking into account the specifics of the Moldovan reality. The main emphasis in the article is on identifying those characteristics that determine the specifics of the management of such enterprises. Entrepreneurs are offered to apply a number of rules and recommendations to their business when implementing business planning for their enterprises to optimize this process. The basic standards for a correctly designed business plan are the structure and order of the drafting, to which the main part of the article is devoted. The next circle of questions raised in the article is the actual content of the document “Business plan” and the rules for its execution. | en |
