Abstract
Personality traits may predispose the teacher to emotional and physical exhaustion or block professional burnout syndrome. Determining the role of the institutional context in managerial training program for preventing and decreasing teacher burnoutsyndrom. Detection of any of pedagogical mechanisms of management intervention which is to achieve continuous professional development, professional motivation development and learning stress reduction techniques.
