The present research represents a form of initiation of a dialogue between the components of negotiation process and the process of peaceful resolution of international disputes. Surely it is important to mention that it is for the first time when it was built a direct link between such issues as strategies, techniques, tactics and diplomatic negotiations on the international arena. In order to be able to develop new models and new forms of resolutions of different conflicts both at the local and global level it is important to take a new approach which directly concerns all the aspects and components of diplomatic negotiations and which will represent a single subject. At the theoretic-practical level we can specify that once this research treats a combination of several elements , we can use it as a benchmark for those tensioned moments which concerns the process of resolution of transnistrian conflict as a formula of initiation for certain stages as well as new levels of analysis.en
