Oligoelemente esenţiale – actualităţi şi perspective în reproducere [Articol]

Abstract

În această lucrare este analizată influenţa zincului şi a seleniului asupra reproducerii masculine, fiind determinaţi şi factorii care induc infertilitatea genului masculin. Pentru depăşirea problemelor de fertilitate mai multe studii au arătat că anume influenţarea proceselor de spermatogeneză prin intermediul factorilor esenţiali, participanţi în spermoproducţie, ar putea reglementa creşterea proprietăţilor biologice ale spermatozoizilor. Formarea spermatozoizilor implică o serie de modificări moleculare şi morfologice în celulele germinale masculine, care sunt reprezentate prin celule stem diploide, spermatogoniile al căror stoc este întreţinut prin mitoze, îndeosebi în fazele iniţiale ale spermatogenezei. Prin urmare, suplimentarea alimentaţiei cu oligoelementele sus-menţionate ameliorează funcţia şi sistemul reproductiv, precum şi a altor sisteme vitale ale organismului.

In this paper there is analyzed the influence of zinc and selenium on male reproduction, as well as the factors that bring to their infertility. In order to overcome the infertility problems, more studies showed that namely the influence of the process of spermatogenesis via the essential factors, participants in spermo-production could regulate the biological properties' growth of sperm. The sperm formation involves a series of molecular and morphological changes in the male germ cells which are represented by the diploid stem cells, the spermatogonia, whose stock is maintained through mitosis, especially in the initial phases of spermatogenesis. Thus, the nutrition supplementation with the above-mentioned mineral elements improve the function and the reproductive system, as well as other vital systems of the organism.
