Abstract
Articolul se referă la abordarea aplicativă a rolului şi a importanţei comunităţilor profesionale de învăţare în implementarea strategiei leadership-ului paideutic şi, implicit, în fortificarea competenţelor profesionale ale cadrelor didactice. În baza cercetărilor recente din domeniu,sînt elucidaţi factorii principali ce determină funcţionarea eficientă a unei comunităţi de învăţare: cultura colaborării,
managementul participativ şi leadership-ul colaborativ. De asemenea, sînt reliefate condiţiile de bază pentru crearea unei
comunităţi de învăţare: asigurarea unui mediu prielnic învăţării, stimulativ şi diversificat, care să favorizeze producerea de
cunoştinţe şi de competenţe acţionale. Sînt prezentate rezultatele activităţii comunităţilor profesionale constituite în cadrul
implementării strategiei leadership-ului paideutic.
The article refers to the applied approach to the role and importance of professional learning communities in implementing the teacher leadership strategy and thus strengthens the professional skills of teachers. Based on recent research in the field, considers the main factors determining the effective functioning of a learning communities: culture of collaboration, participatory management and collaborative leadership. It also highlighted the basic conditions for creating a learning community, including providing a learning environment, stimulating and diversified, which favours the production of knowledge and skills. Are presented the results of professional communities within the implementation of Teacher Leadership strategy.
