Abstract

This article is related to the statute of the international road carrier allowed by the national state authorities when carrying goods, loadings, objects, values on international road routes. In the article the authors point out the conditions provided by international conventions for international road carriers when carrying goods, loadings, values on international road routes. The article also relates to the international road carrier rights when carrying containers used for carrying goods, loadings, values over the state border ofthe national state, also pointing out the forms of liability of the international road carrier.
