Education could play an important supporting role in facilitating of the exceeding unstable economic growth dependent on migration which is found in the Moldovan economy. Achieving a higher level of education continues to be a path to higher incomes and lower unemployment rate among young people in the country and abroad. Being made more dynamic changes in the quantity and quality of education can transform the factor of endowment of the economy, shifting its comparative advantage in products and services based on natural resources and cheap workforce, relatively unskilled, for goods and services produced in the base highly qualified. International experience, including comparative analysis performed in different countries, is concordant with the hypothesis that education provides an active role in the changing economic perspectives.en
