Abstract
Prezentul studiu se referă la regimul conflictual al contractelor de muncă analizate din punctul de vedere al Regulamentului
Roma I. Astfel, sunt analizate soluţiile privind legea aplicabilă condiţiilor de fond şi de formă ale acestor categorii de contracte, precum şi aspectele care exced domeniului de aplicare a Regulamentului Roma I.
This study relates to the conflict regime of labor contracts analyzed from the point of view of Rome I Regulation. Thus the solutions regarding applicable law of formal and substantive conditions, of these categories of contracts are analyzed and also the aspects that exceed the field of application of Rome I Regulation
