Posibilitatea exercitării de către notar a competențelor pe suport electronic și la distanță

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Republic of Moldova, is developed quite fast. The notarial activity, which represents one of the mechanisms of the state to guarantee the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, also requires a transformation in electronic format. The notarial deeds development in electronic format and those at a distance is already a reality in several countries. The time has come to examine in substance whether all the powers attributed to the notary can be carried out electronically and/or remotely or not? In this paper, the author will try to argue his position on the limit of the powers of the notary in electronic and/or distant format.
