This paper aims to discern the importance of the evolutive method in assessing the cases regarding the right to education, which require to be interpreted so that the compromises provided in the European Convention on Human Rights can always be adapted to the reality of the group or society. Therefore, the main goal of the paper is to examine how the evolutive interpretation is used, as a hermeneutical tool, by the European Court of Human Rights in protecting individual educational situations against all the dangers and challenges that may arise.en
