Авторы рассматривают важные вопросы, касающиеся необходимости реформирования системы принудительного исполнения. В представленном материале анализируются противоречия и коллизии в законодательстве, регулирующем систему принудительного исполнения. Особо важными являются предложения по дополнению и изменению норм, регулирующих систему принудительного исполнения.
