EFECTUL BIOPREPARATULUI DIN HIPPOPHAE RHAMNOIDES L. ASUPRA UNOR COMPONENTE SANGVINE LA ŞOBOLANUL ALB DE LABORATOR PE FONDALUL DIABETULUI EXPERIMENTAL

Abstract

Cercetările date au accenuat rolul fitopreparatelor atât în profilaxia unor patologii cu evoluție cronică, cât și utilizarea lor ca mijloace bioactive imunomodulatoare. Administrarea acestui biopreparat a redus glicemia, a influențat secreţia de insulină, a normalizat numărul leucocitelor, limfocitelor, monocitelor, granulocitelor în complicaţiile acute şi cronice ale diabetului experimental.The researches have highlighted the role of phyto-preparations both in the prophylaxis of some pathologies with chronic evolution and their use as immunomodulatory bioactive means. The administration of this bio-preparation reduced blood sugar, influenced insulin secretion, normalized the number of leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes in acute and chronic complications of experimental diabetes.
