| dc.description.abstract | In this study is analyzed the legal object of the crime of pimping specified in art.220 of Criminal code of Republic of Moldova. In the context of examining the generic legal object of the crime of pimping, the author makes a foray into the criminal law of several states, systematizing the regulations analyzed in three different perspectives. At the same time, the author attests a lack of doctrinal consensus on the special legal object of pimping.
