Abstract
The institute of the changing of the accusation evolved from the period of the Roman Republic and so far, such that arised a lot of discussions. The actuality of this topic result from procedural practice, affected of some errors committed by practitioners. The changing of the accusation generates effects on the character, volume and content of the accusation.
