Aspecte de evoluţie şi aplicabilitate a instituţiei contractului matrimonial

Abstract

Family relations, as most important values of a nation, were and still remain governed by moral rules of the society, as well as by legal rules. Any legislation change concerning family life is gradually accepted by the subjects of family relation, sometimes in a shorter period of time, sometimes over a longer period of time. Introducing in 2001 in Family Code of the Republic of Moldova the possibility to conclude matrimonial agreement, whereby spouses can govern the power over goods obtained during marriage and in case of divorce, is an innovation over 20 years, that society accept hardly. This article, by brief history, prove benefits that can be obtained by spouses, concluding this matrimonial agreement.
