Одним из направлений защиты прав потребителей является их информирование и просвещение, играющие не последнюю роль в обеспечении правовой грамотности населения. Главная функция в информировании и просвещении потребителей принадлежит, конечно же, законодательным актам, содержащим положения о направлениях политики государства в области защиты прав потребителей.Una din direcţiile de protecţie a consumatorilor constituie informarea şi educarea acestora, care joacă un rol important în formarea culturii juridice a societăţii. Astfel, informarea şi educarea consumatorilor este una dintre cele mai importante zone pentru a proteja drepturile lor şi ocupă nu ultimul loc în formarea educaţiei publice în domeniul juridic. Un rol important în informarea şi educarea consumatorilor îl joacă, desigur, legile şi actele normative care conţin dispoziţii referitoare la direcţiile politicii de stat în domeniul protecţiei consumatorilor.One of the directions of the consumers is to inform and educate them, which plays an important role in shaping the legal culture of society.
