Abstract

Republic of Moldova at present is often exposed to certain natural disasters: floods, droughts, etc. That’s why it is necessary to regulate these kinds of disasters. It is also important that our laws be in accordance with the European regulations. To achieve these objectives we need going through certain stages that involves the formation of certain structures and adoption of several laws.
