DIFICULTĂȚILE ASIGURARII DREPTULUI OMULUI LA UN TRAI DECENT

Abstract

The difficulties of ensuring the human right to a decent living bring to the plane of our communication one of the great questions of postmodernity, namely to what extent, today, governments and legislations respond to existential aspirations and needs, more precisely to the normal/adequate/decent standard of living. And such a communication becomes all the more challenging in the context in which we associate this complex fundamental right (ensuring the right to a decent living) with the need to increase the educational level of the population, education which, as we well know, gives substance to human expectations and needs, being the only one able to prevent his dehumanization.
