dc.description.abstractStresul nu este o boală în sine, dar, dacă este intensă şi de durată, poate duce la probleme de sănătate mintală şi fizică. Presiunea de stres poate îmbunătăţi performanţa şi oferi o anumită satisfacţie în muncă, atingerea scopurilor şi a obiectivelor. Însă, atunci când cerinţele şi presiunile depăşesc anumite limite, ele duc la stres, iar această situaţie nu este favorabilă nici pentru angajaţi, nici pentru întreprindere.en
dc.description.abstractStress is not a disease in itself, but if it is intense and lasting, can lead to problems of mental and physical health. Status pressure can improve performance and provide some satisfaction in work, achieving objectives. But when demands and pressures exceed certain limits, they lead to stress and this situation is not favorable neither for employees nor for the enterprise.
