Abstract

Timeliness and importance of the problem addressed. For the Republic of Moldova, finances and the financial system, as in the whole world, have a strategic importance for the purpose of the balanced and viable development of the state and society in general. For this reason, the development of the financial system within the economic system has an essential role in the relaunch of the national economy, the development of the financial market and finally the eradication of poverty, the improvement and increase of the population’s standard of living.
