Abstract
The analysis of the concept and of the phenomenon of consciousness has presented and presents the subject of study and the domain of investigation for a series of social-human and bio-medical sciences. It is a superior form of reflecting
of the objective reality, right only for man, it represents personally the unity of the psychical processes which participate actively at the penetration by man of the objective world and the comprehension of the personal existence. For the definition and determination of the specificity and the essence of the phenomenon, we shall resort to the analysis of genesis and its evolution.
