Abstract

The topic of work is determined by the important role of human resources in ensuring the production process and execution of work, the adjustment circuit macro and micro- economic. The developement of the work required to study the main provisions of the new accounting system, legal acts related on labor regulation – Pay Law, Labour Code, various instructions, etc.The research outlines the way of recording and accounting settlement with staff and improvement of this operations.
