Abstract

Acest articol are ca subiect de cercetare migraţia internaţională a forţei de muncă, aspectele pozitive şi negative ale acesteia, profiturile obţinute de ţara-donatoare de migraţie şi acceptoare de emigraţie. Autorul propune măsuri de reglare statală a importului şi exportului forţei de muncă şi de dezvoltare a managementului extern al forţei migratoare.The article concerns itself with a research in international labor migration, of its strong and weak points, what profits obtain the country-issuer of migration, as the receiving country. By the way, equal to strong appereance, there are, of course weak points, especially for the issuing-country of migration. In this article the author is proposing measures of state regulation of export and import, of human labour, and improvment of external labour migration management.
