Abstract

In this article, the author makes an assessment of the theoretical legal concept of declaration made by passengers when crossing the air customs border by international air transportation of passengers. The author also indicates in the article the procedure for the passage of passengers over the air customs border through the "green" and "red" corridors, through which passengers and their accompanying baggage are subjected to customs control. The article also indicates the legal basis for, and the reasons that underlie the corporal customs control carried out by customs bodies in the address of passengers who are crossing the customs border of the state with international air transport of passengers.
