dc.description.abstractThe article is dedicated to a wide range of juridical-qualifi cation and application problems, referring to the juridical statute of transporter and his punishment in the case of the infringement of national and international legislation where the Republic of Moldova is a part of. Also, certain proposals are provided referred to application of administrative-penal sanctions for transporter, in the case of contraband perpetration on the national state territory.en
