STATUL SOCIAL – GARANŢIE JURIDICO-ECONOMICĂ DE ASIGURARE A DREPTULUI LA UN NIVEL DE TRAI DECENT

Abstract

Odată cu evoluţia pozitivă a societăţii şi cu edificarea statului de drept tot mai frecvent se face apel la respectarea şi asigurarea drepturilor şi libertăţilor fundamentale cetăţeneşti ca valori supreme garantate constituţional. În articol vom expune esenţa şi semnificaţia unui singur drept din sfera drepturilor social-economice, şi anume – a dreptului la un nivel de trai decent, fiind abordat şi rolul statului în realizarea lui în funcţie de categoria subiectelor de drept.

With the positive evolution of societies and the rule of law, the observance and assurance of fundamental civil rights and freedoms as constitutionally guaranteed supreme values are increasingly called for. In this article we will express the essence and significance of a single right in the sphere of socio-economic rights, namely, “the right to a decent standard of living” and the role of the state in its realisation according to the category of legal subjects.
