CONCEPŢII PRIVIND FORMELE REALIZĂRII DREPTULUI PRIN PRISMA ASPECTELOR CRITICE

Abstract

Human behaviour, from the legal point of view, can be legal, illegal and legally indifferent, but this has no importance on the realization of law. Illegal behaviour is an obstacle in gaining the final targets of law and it attracts all the time the realization of proper sanctions. Behaviour represents this way only the initiation of the process of realization of repressive legal norms. The realization of legal norms is obtained only though legal behaviour, but the content and character of legal actions differ, finding expression in different aspects, which gives us the right to differ a number of forms of realization of law.
