The author, applying different research methods (sociological survey, interview, case study, statistical data analysis), identifies the problems faced by people with disabilities, determines the perceptions of people with disabilities regarding their situation and employment opportunities, analyses the requirements required by the labor market for the employment of people with disabilities, identifies the employment difficulties for people with disabilities in the field of work, elucidates the role of state institutions in promoting measures to employ people with disabilities in the labor market. | en |
