In the present article the author analyzes the impact of confessional aspects on the act of swearing in of the person involved in juridical atypical labor relations (as a rule, official relations), from the viewpoint of perception of those three important monotheist religions – Christianity, Judaism and Islam. The obligation of swearing in the quality of a public social act can affect, in some cases, the moral and religious values of the person, that he/she could consider that his/her freedom of conscience have been infringed, as a fundamental individual liberty of the person, guaranteed by the constitution. Special attention is paid to the treatment in respective confessional sphere of the phenomenon of swearing in by exegetes of those three important monotheist cults. At the same time, the author also draws his attention to the norms, which invalidates any theoretical possibility of swearing in of any member of the respective cult.en
