O NOUĂ METODĂ DE DETERMINARE ȘI TRANSMITERE LA DISTANȚĂ A VALORILOR TENSIUNII ARTERIALE UTILIZÂND SISTEME CUFFLESS (PULSE TRANSIT TIME)

Abstract

Elementul-cheie al noii metode de determinare și monitorizare a tensiunii arteriale în regim Wireless, utilizată într-un prototip electronic, elaborat de autor, constă în stabilirea intervalului de timp dintre segmentul R al ECG și punctul ce coincide cu vârful undei anacrote a fotopletismogramei (PPT - puls transit time) și a posibilității corelației cu tensiunea arterială sistolică și diastolică. Metoda implică folosirea unui algoritm matematic de procesare digitală a semnalelor cu ajutorul unui sistem SoC bazat pe un controler ESP32.The key element of the new method of determining and monitoring blood pressure in Wireless mode, used in an electronic prototype elaborated by the author is to establish the time interval between the R segment of the ECG and the point which coincides with the anacrotic wave peak of photoplethysmogram (PPT - pulse transit time) and the possibility of correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The method involves the use of a mathematical algorithm for digital signal processing, using an SoC system based on an ESP32 controller.
