POLITICI MIGRAȚIONALE DE MUNCA IN RELAȚIILE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA CU UNIUNEA EUROPEANA

Abstract

Lucrarea reprezintă un studiu nou și o cercetare integrată a migrațiunii forței de muncă în UE, în contextul proceselor complexe, prin care trece comunitatea europeană, fiind corelate și la tendințele generale din RM în acest domeniu. Cercetarea dată abordează tema studiului din perspectiva politicilor aplicate pentru gestionarea eficientă a proceselor migraționale, prin prisma design-ului politicilor migraționale, ceea ce permite minimizarea costurilor și valorificarea beneficiilor migrațiunii forței de muncă, inclusiv contribuirea reprezentanților diasporei la procesul elaborării strategiilor de dezvoltare a țării.This paper represents a new study and an integrated research of labor migration in the EU in context of complex processes, through which the European community passes, that are correlated with the general tendencies in this area in the RM. This research addresses subject of research in terms of policies applied for efficient management of the migration processes through the prism of the design of migration policies that allows minimizing costs and maximizing the benefits of labor migration, including contribution of Diaspora members to elaboration of development strategies of the country.
