Abstract

The authors consider the concept of material liability, one of the important subjects of labor relations and others closely related to them in the theory of labor law. At the same time, the main attention is paid to the existing features of the difference between the full material liability of an employee in labor law from other existing types of liability. Important are those theoretical and practical aspects on which the study of complex and controversial provisions characterizing some of the features of the difference between the employee’s material responsibility in labor law and other types of liability is formed.
