Abstract
Consilierea este un proces complex ce cuprinde o arie largă de intervenţii care impun o pregătire profesională de specialitate. Termenul „consiliere” descrie relaţia interumană de ajutor dintre o persoană specializată, consilierul, şi o altă persoană care solicită asistenţă de specialitate, clientul. Relaţia dintre consilier şi persoana consiliată este una de alianţă, de participare şi colaborare reciprocă. În acest sens, consilierea poate fi abordată ca fiind o formă de dezvoltare a competenței pentru modul sănătos de viață la copii prin intermediul părinților, deoarece în societatea actuală tot mai mult apare necesitatea consilierii părinților în vederea educației pentru sănătate. Consilierea parentală este un demers educaţional-formativ specific: sarcina esenţială a consilierului nu se reduce doar la actul de a instrui, ci, mai degrabă, la cel de a sprijini părinţii pentru ca ei să se ajute independent în adoptarea unui mod de viață sănătos pentru a-l transmite ulterior acestuia generațiilor viitoare, deoarece formarea personalităţii copilului este un proces continuu şi de durată, iar rolul primordial îl are familia, punând bazele unui comprtament pro-sănătate, unui stil de viață sănătos prin propriul exemplu. Or, potrivit cercetătorilor, o competență este un sistem funcţional integrativ ce cuprinde trei componente: cunoștințe, capacităţi, abilităţi, ceea ce necesită implementarea acestora în practică și în situații concrete; altfel se rămâne la o ,,sumă” de cunoștințe, capacităţi, abilităţi, caz în care nu poate fi vorba de dezoltarea competenței.
Counseling is a complex process that includes a wide range of interventions that require specialized professional training. The term counseling describes the inter-human helping relationship between a specialized person, the counselor, and another person who requests specialized assistance, the client. The relationship between the advisor and the advised person is one of alliance, participation and mutual collaboration. In this sense, counseling can be approached as a form of competence development for the healthy way of life in children through parents, because in today'ssociety the need for counseling parents in order to health education is increasingly appearing. Parental counseling being a specific educational-formative approach: the essential task of the counselor is limited to the act of training, but rather to support parents so that they can help themselves independently in adopting a healthy lifestyle and subsequently its transmission to future generations, because the formation of the child's personality is a continuous and lasting process, and the primary role is played by the family, laying the foundations of a pro-health compartment, a healthy lifestyle through its own example. Or, according to the researchers, a competence is an integrative functional system that includes three components: knowledge, capacities, abilities, which requires their implementation in practice and concrete situations, otherwise it remains a "sum" of knowledge, capacities, abilities, what cannot be said of the development of competence.
