PROBLEMATICA RELAȚIILOR DE MUNCĂ ALE PERSOANELOR CU DIZABILITĂȚ I ÎN SFERA MUNCII PE TERITORIUL EUROPEAN

Abstract

The right to work of disabilities people is proveded by the Labor Code, both at the national level and throughout the European territory. The fundamental principles and the rights arising from the labor relations between employees and employers are common points of interest for the right to work laws in three reference countries for our study, Romania, France and last but not least, the Republic of Moldova. While in France disadvantaged people benefit from support and mediation from the statute in order to achieve optimal socio-professional integration or reintegration, the Romanian authorities focus mainly on the health and safety of the disabled employee during employment. Regarding the approach of the Chisinau authorities, they promote policies to keep disabled people in work and the increased protection of the rights of these people in unforeseen situations that endanger the stability of jobs, thus standing out, along with France and Romania for the increased interest in the protection of people with disabilities.
