INTERPRETAREA CONCEPTELOR LIBERTATE ȘI EMANCIPARE ÎN CADRUL FILOSOFIEI FOUCAULTIENE

Abstract

Conceptul de libertate este unul extrem de discutat și controversat în cadrul disciplinelor sociale și umanistice. Noile modalități de interpretare, precum și implicațiile de ordi n social, politic, economic, juridic, de fiecare dată ne fixează atenția asupra extensiei semantice a conceptului. Ne propunem în continuare să prezentăm interpretarea conceptului de libertate în opera filosofului francez Michel Foucault, interesul căruia nu ține de interpretări clasice ale libertății, ci, mai curând, de acea formă a libertății care vizează ordinea faptelor și funcționalitatea corpului social.Libertatea este interpretată ca o forță originară, mereu prezentă și istoric corespunzatoare strategiilor de putere care traversează corpusul socil.Expresia libertății umane poate fi garantată doar prin exercițiul practic al libertății.

The concept of freedom is extremely discussed and controversial in social sciences and humanities. The new ways of interpretation as well as the social, political, economic, legal implications, fix our attention each time on the semantic extension of the concept. We further propose to present the interpretation of the concept of freedom in the work of the French philosopher Michel Foucault, whose interest is not in classical interpretations of freedom, but r ather, in that form of freedom that aims at the order of facts and the functionality of the social body. Freedom is interpreted as an original force, always present and historically corresponding to the power strategies that cross the social corpus. The expression of human freedom can be guaranteed through the practical exercise of freedom
