Abstract

Civilizational development generates new phenomena that have a significant impact on the existence of States, State structures, nations, peoples and the whole world. One of such large-scale phenomena is globalization. Globalization in modern conditions of the state is a set of processes affecting state institutions, generating their modernization and determining the need for combining the efforts of national states to overcome universal problems, negative processes and phenomena arising in the world, the fight against whi- ch at the level of an individual state is not effective enough.
