POLITICA DE CADRE A URSS ÎN FORMAREA EFECTIVULUI NKGB-MGB AL RSS MOLDOVENEȘTI ÎN PRIMII ANI POSTBELICI

Abstract

Studiul prezent este concentrat asupra elucidării specificului politicii de cadre a URSS în formarea efectivului organelor sovietice NKGB-MGB în RSS Moldovenească în primii ani postbelici, ceea ce va nuanța cunoașterea unor resorturi ascunse ale politicii de sovietizare promovată de Moscova în spațiul nostru. Totodată, acest demers științific a fost elaborat, în mare parte, în baza materialelor documentare declasificate din fosta arhivă KGB al RSS Moldovenești, actuala Arhivă a Serviciului de Informații și Securitate al Republicii Moldova. Cu toate că studierea politicii de cadre a URSS în formarea efectivului NKGB-MGB în RSS Moldovenească în primii ani postbelici este de actualitate și suscită interes științific în medi- ul academic, nu doar din Republica Moldova, a rămas un subiect de cercetare fără atenție din partea istoricilor până în prezent.The present study is focused on elucidating the peculiarities of the USSR personnel po- licy in building the staff of the Moldavian SSR NKGB-MGB sovietic bodies in the first post- war years, which will broaden the understanding of the Moscow sovietization policy hidden resorts implemented on our territory. Also, the research was made mostly based on declassi- fied materials from the former archive of the KGB of the Moldavian SSR, currently the Archi- ve of the Security and Intelligence Service of the Republic of Moldova (ASISRM). Despite the fact that the USSR personnel policy in building the staff of the Moldavian SSR rises scientific interest in the academic environment and not only in the Republic of Moldova, it remains a subject that was not in the research scope of the historians up to this moment.La présente étude se concentre sur l'élucidation du spécifique de la politique du per- sonnel de l'URSS concernant la formation des organes soviétiques du NKGB-MGB en RSS de Moldavie dans les premières années d'après-guerre, fait qui nuancera les connaissances sur certains ressorts cachés de la politique de soviétisation de Moscou sur l’espace moldave. Dans le même temps, l’approche scientifique a été élaborée, en grande partie, sur la base des matériels documentaires déclassifiés de l'ancienne archive du KGB de la RSS de Moldavie,l'actuelle Archive du Service de Renseignements et de Sécurité de la République de Moldova (ASIS RM). Bien que l'étude de la politique des cadres de l'URSS dans la formation du NKGB-MGB en RSS de Moldavie dans les premières années d'après-guerre soit d'actualité et suscite l'intérêt scientifique dans le milieu universitaire, pas seulement en République de Moldova, elle est restée un sujet de recherche sans attention de la part des historiens jusqu'à nos jours.Данная статья представляет собой анализ специфики кадровой стратегии СССР, при формировании личного состава НКГБ-МГБ МССР в первый послевоенный период, раскрывающий нюансные особенности политики Москвы, проводимой на территории бывшей МССР. Настоящее научное исследование, в большей степени, основывается на уникальных материалах из бывшего архива КГБ МССР, рассекреченных уже в настоящее время Службой Информации и Безопасности РМ (СИБ РМ) - преемницы КГБ МССР. Несмотря на всю глубину и интерес научного сообщества, до настоящего периода данный вопрос находился вне поля зрения историков.
