NECESITATEA EMITERII UNUI COD DE GUVERNANȚĂ CORPORATIVĂ

Abstract

Conducătorii entităţilor trebuie să accepte faptul că politica de perfecţionare a managementului corporativ devine o componentă majoră a dezvoltării întreprinderilor, iar utilizarea principiilor şi bunelor practici ale guvernării corporative sunt deja scoase în evidenţă atât la nivelul entităţilor autohtone, cât şi la nivel internaţional. Prin urmare, în articol autorii prezintă avantajele emiterii şi implementării Codului de guvernanţă corporativă.The leaders must accept the fact that the policy of improvement of corporate management becomes a major component of enterprise development, and using the principles and best practices of corporate governance are already highlighted both at the level of their enterprises and at international level. Therefore, the authors of the article present describe the benefits issue and implementation of the Code of Corporate Governance.
